Exhibition Space Pricing
Exhibition Space Pricing – € 500 m2
The price for renting includes:
- Package of free exhibitor badges – number depends on stand size
- General cleaning of public areas and gangways
- Access to the Welcome Reception for registered exhibitors
- Company profile & logo published on the congress website
- Logo with hyperlink and 100-word company profile on the congress website and app
- Listing in the industry section of the final program
- 100-word company profile in the final program
Important note: The price is for space only. Arrangements for building and furnishing the stand to be made by the exhibitor.
Stay Visible Onsite
Lanyards: € 3,000 – Exclusive Partnership
Lanyards are provided and produced by the organizer. Partner’s logo will be co-branded with the event branding. Lanyards will be distributed to all congress delegates.
Branded Congress Bags € 3,000 – Exclusive Partnership
Congress bags will be provided and produced by the organiser and will be branded with the event branding. The supporting company will be acknowledged on the bag with the company logo.
IEEE-SMC Photo booth: € 10,000 – Exclusive Partnership
Embrace your playful side with the Social Media Photo Booth. Provide a social media sharing station where delegates can print their photo booth pictures and send them to Facebook, Twitter, or to their email and create a buzz!
Benefits include:
- Your logo included on each printed photo strip
- Recognition of the partner on the conference website
- Option to display promotional materials at the photo booth stand (partner is responsible for design, production and delivery)
Venue Signage: € 3.000 – Exclusive Partnership
This item allows you to place your logo and booth number (if any) on the venue
signage, vastly increasing your visibility at the congress. Signage provides direction and is viewed by everyone at the event. Please note that product placement in
congress signage is not allowed.
Pens: € 1,250 – Exclusive Partnership
Pens provided by the partner will be added to each congress bag. Size and design of the notepads & pens must be approved by the congress organizer.

Notepads provided by the partner will be added to each congress bag. Size and design of the notepads & pens must be approved by the congress organizer.
Bag Inserts: € 750
One promotional leaflet (max. 1-page A4) will be added to each congress bag.
Branded Bottled Water Bag Insert: € 1,500
Hydration is important. Especially on exhausting congress days. Help us keep our delegates hydrated with a co-branded bottle of water provided to all delegates in their congress bags.
Congress Technology
Congress App: € 6,000 – Exclusive Partnership
Individual button on the home screen linked directly to the partner‘s profile or an external web link
- Home screen banner (incorporated in the official event branding)
- Extended partner profile with rotating banners as a header
- Splash screen (a partner-designed screen pops up each time the app starts)

Congress Wi-Fi: upon request – Exclusive Partnership
Congress delegates will have free access to Wi-Fi during the IEEE SMC 2025 Congress. As an exclusive partner you will have the opportunity to customize the
congress Wi-Fi:
- Name of the Wi-Fi will be decided by the organizer and partnership company
- Wi-Fi password: must be chosen by the organizer and the partnership company
- Home screen and landing page design may be provided by the partnership company, upon checking technical feasibility
Recharging Area: upon request – Exclusive Partnership
Batteries sometimes need recharging – just like delegates. We offer recharging areas where delegates can relax and recharge their phones. The recharging areas are a
great opportunity to increase your visibility. This area can be used for branding by the partner. Artworks must be approved by the congress organizer.

Private Hospitality Suite: € 10,000
Option to rent a room to be used by the partner for the entire duration of the congress.
- The room is provided unfurnished and can be furnished at extra cost
- Signage for the room including the partner’s logo will be provided by the organizer
- All activities inside the suite must be reviewed and approved by the organizer
