We invite you to submit original research papers that align with the conference themes. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

- Human-Machine Systems: Interaction design, augmented intelligence, and automation.
- Systems Science and Engineering: Smart cities, cyber-physical systems, and intelligent control.
IEEE SMC 2025 also welcomes submissions to the linked IEEE SMC BMI Workshop 2025 as well as proposals for special sessions, tutorials, and workshops. Submissions to the Annual BCI Awards are also highly welcome.
