Student Travel Support Announcement
We are pleased to announce that IEEE SMC 2025 Workshop 5: AI-Empowered Industry Applications has received IEEE travel support for student participants.
Key Details
Every student participant in the workshop is eligible to receive USD 2,000 for reimbursement of travel-related expenses, including flight tickets, hotel costs, and registration fees. Reimbursement requires submission of proper documentation and signing a confirmation form.
Required Documents
- Electronic copy of the flight ticket
- Photocopy of passport
- Boarding passes (arrival and return)
- Hotel receipt
- Registration receipt
Application Process
Cash in USD will be delivered at the conference venue. Students must prepare the above documents and submit them to Po Ting Lin (potinglin@mail.ntust.edu.tw).
