When submitting a Workshop paper, please select the "Workshop Session Papers" category in the submission system. You will need the code for the Workshop you are submitting to, which can be found below.

AI-Empowered Industry Applications received IEEE travel support for student participants. Every student participant in the workshop is eligible to receive USD 2,000 for reimbursement of travel-related expenses (flight, hotel, registration) upon submission of required documentation and signing a confirmation form.
Required documents:
- Electronic copy of the flight ticket
- Photocopy of passport
- Boarding passes (arrival and return)
- Hotel receipt
- Registration receipt
